About the role

Contract Details:

• 10-month hourly rate contract, initially.
• Multiple skillsets wanted - Digital Support Analyst, Change & Communications Analyst, Readiness Programme Lead.
• January/February start.
• Dunedin based position only.

Deliverables/Purpose:

These roles will join an existing team to deliver in varying capacities across digital support, analysis, change, stakeholder engagement, communications and programme leadership activities within a significant digital transformation. You'll be working in a busy, complex, multi-workstream environment and need to be seasoned in delivering at pace to tight time frames, with the passion and proactiveness to put a hand to anything to support programme success.

Your Fit:

• Demonstrable background in Support Analysis, Change Analysis, Engagement & Communications (IT Change) or Digital Programme Leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage to any audience using a people centred approach.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality documentation materials for large programmes.
• Ability to initiate and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of team and stakeholders.
• Conceptual and analytical skills, with strong initiative and a ‘can do’ approach.
• Proven agility to adapt to pivoting circumstances and embrace ambiguity.
• Advantageous to have demonstrable experience supporting or leading business readiness through complex, large-scale digital change in customer-facing settings.
