Programme Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join a high-profile ERP transformation programme. This 12-month fixed term contract is ideal for a delivery-focused professional who thrives in complex, multi-workstream programmes and brings strong scheduling and coordination expertise.
This programme is modernising HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems across a large organisation, with a significant SAP/ERP component. The role is critical to keeping the programme on track, structured, and delivering against its milestones.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage integrated programme schedules to ensure visibility across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate dependencies, milestones, and delivery activities to keep the programme moving
- Support programme governance and reporting, including key programme forums
- Track risks, issues, and progress, working closely with Programme and Project Managers
- Provide proactive, hands-on programme delivery support, ensuring deadlines are met
About you
We are looking for someone who is confident in complex programme environments and delivers structure where it’s needed most.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience as a Programme Coordinator (or Senior Project Coordinator) on large, complex programmes
- Strong scheduling and programme coordination expertise
- Experience in ERP/SAP or large system transformations is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly, and engage multiple stakeholders
