The opportunity: 
This permanent Cloud Engineer role sits in a team building the platform foundations needed for faster, safer releases. The focus is engineering, Infrastructure as Code, repeatable environments, and automation. You’ll partner with software teams to enable delivery, improve reliability, and establish secure-by-default patterns, particularly as new services are built and legacy capability is phased out.

The role
* Build and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform (essential)
* Improve environment consistency, reliability, and deployment patterns 
* Automate operational tasks and reduce manual overhead 
* Contribute to identity/security foundations as part of platform engineering

Your fit
* Strong Azure engineering experience (not purely admin) 
* Terraform expertise in production 
* Automation mindset (scripting/coding and CI/CD familiarity) 
* Comfortable with identity and security concepts in cloud environments
