About the Client:

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work end-to-end across business processes, systems and customer/user interactions to help shape and deliver quality outcomes. This role is about turning real business needs into clear, usable artefacts that product and engineering teams can execute on, while keeping stakeholders aligned and reducing ambiguity.

• Eliciting and documenting requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specs)
• Supporting product delivery from discovery through to delivery
• Preparing test cases, validating requirements, and supporting UAT
• Breaking down complex problems and driving clarity across stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineers

The skills and experience we need you to bring

• Proven Senior BA experience in product delivery environments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven ability to produce clear, structured documentation- stories, AC, process flows, specs
• Proven experience across financial services, particularly across Insurance and Banking products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring business analysis teams.
• Strong background in reviewing and improving BA practices and frameworks.
• Passionate about driving change and fostering continuous improvement.
