The opportunity
This is a senior front-end role for someone who enjoys shaping what good looks like across a website and the underlying front-end codebase. You’ll design and build new web experiences, lift performance and accessibility, and help the marketing function turn web traffic into leads and loyal customers. There’s scope to influence and shape things, from UX improvements and site architecture input through to coding standards and delivery approach. 
This is a 12 month fixed term role.

The role

• Design, develop, and maintain web pages and web applications
• Lead front-end website initiatives (delivery, quality, outcomes)
• Partner with Marketing to support lead generation and retention goals
• Optimise web content for performance, usability, and engagement
• Implement new UX functionality and continuously improve journeys
• Help define website goals and support site architecture decisions
• Uphold strong coding standards across a larger code base 

Your fit

• Proven front-end web development experience 
• Strong UX/design capability; comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Confident with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• CMS experience: Drupal (or similar), plus PHP exposure
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
