About the role

Contract Details:

• 6-12 month hourly rate contract
• ASAP / March start
• Dunedin based position only (4 days in office)

Deliverables/Purpose:

This role will support a significant transformation programme of work involving both technology and business change. You'll be joining at a crucial time of delivery, required to hit the ground running in business analysis activities to support end-to-end solution implementation. Proactively engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams and producing quality outputs at pace will be all part of your day-to-day. This role requires someone who thrives in challenging, complex environment and navigates through ambiguity with an open-mind and capability to pivot as required to ensure project success.

Your Fit:

• Minimum 5+ years Business/Process Analyst experience in large-scale complex, ambigious programmes of work.
• Demonstrable background across requirements elicitation, gap analysis, current/future state mapping.
• Advantageous if you bring experience in data mapping and understanding of integrations. 
• Excellent communication skills with ability to rapidly build trusted relationships.
• Ability to combine analytical depth with strong facilitation and problem solving skills.
• Experience delivering outputs for technology-driven change.
• High level of documentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant process mapping tools.
• Relevant certifications advantageous.
