The opportunity
This is a senior Customer Success role for someone who can sit confidently with media and advertising stakeholders, understand how performance is measured, and turn that into strong adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes. You’ll lead onboarding and ongoing engagement, run value-focused reviews, and act as the voice of the customer internally bringing clarity, structure and commercial thinking to every account.
This role is Auckland-based and will suit someone already in New Zealand with valid working rights.

The role
* Own a portfolio of customers and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
* Lead onboarding, training and enablement to drive consistent platform adoption.
* Translate customer goals into success plans, usage metrics and measurable outcomes.
* Run regular value/insight reviews using analytics and commercial context.
* Identify risks early, manage issues through to resolution, and improve customer health.
* Feed customer insights into Product/Engineering to influence roadmap and experience.
Your fit
* Strong experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management and/or Partnerships within AdTech, media tech, digital media, or analytics-led SaaS.
* Comfortable discussing media measurement, campaign performance, inventory/yield concepts, or advertising workflows.
* Proven product adoption capability: onboarding, training, workshops, change management.
* Commercially sharp with a calm, structured communication style.
* Auckland-based with NZ working rights.
