The role & your expertise:
You are ensuring the on-going operation, support and development of the CRM system. (MS Dynamics)
Supporting MS Teamviewer, Sharepoint, Ondrive for the internal users, and coordinating with external vendors for any additional support.
Providing support to users, coordinating with colleagues to provide problem-solving support for hardware and software issues, as well as assisting users in utilising bespoke CRM integrated tools.
Assist users with the development of a growing CRM system, creating customised dashboards and reports to track achievements of KPIs and goals.
Maintain operational, configuration and procedural documentation. CRM system maintenance task, including capacity planning, performance reporting.
Manage projects and coordinate interaction with vendors to achieve project goals.
Provide Training support to users by identifying gaps and providing training to local and remote users. Prepare and maintain updated training guides.
