About the role:
As the Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful adoption and implementation of new and upgraded technology and process initiatives across the organisation. You will be tasked with ensuring that changes are smoothly and thoroughly implemented and that the benefits of these changes are fully realised and sustainable. This is a short-term contract, working 4 days a week.

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in Change Management, particularly in technology and process improvements, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within an agile project environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
