Your role: 

Our client is embarking on a journey to transform their organisation, the way they provide services to frontline staff and the industry they serve. In this role you will be responsible for leading and facilitating change management activities across the Change Programme to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes.

Other core responsibilities include:

  • Leading the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of change strategies across I.T and business/operational change projects.

  •  Assessing the scope and scale of change across the EPMO to determine the most appropriate change approach to achieve outcomes

  • Identifying opportunities for synergies and integrating change with other change projects

  • Championing and facilitating a collaborative approach to change across the organisation

  • Contributing to the ongoing development of change practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities

  • Identifying and develop trusted adviser relationships with project stakeholders and the wider business.

What we will be looking for: 

  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and political sensitivity.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of change management techniques

  • Proven experience co-ordinating and integrating change

  • Demonstrated experience working in either an Enterprise Change environment or across a large Change Programme.
