Our client is going through a forward-thinking digital transformation and looking for a part time Change Manager to join their large programme of work. You will be working directly with the business and their customers to ensure the end-users are kept front of mind. You will be responsible for providing recommendations on how to run training needs assessments as well as ensuring users understand the why and the how on the new upgraded system.

Frame up the communication to the end-users.
Complete a training needs assessment and make associated recommendations
What we will be looking for:
Hands on experience working on technology projects acting as the voice of those impacted by the technology change.
You will have the ability to work closely with all areas of the programme to ensure end-users are front of mind.
Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans. You can communicate the change process clearly and precisely without any ambiguity.
Proven experience in the developing and implementing change management plans including change impact analysis, monitoring and reporting
