In the role, you will...
Manage the operation and delivery of all engineering systems used in the development and testing of core products.
Manage the deployment and maintenance of all IT networks and infrastructure.
Outline and execute internal IT strategies and policies.
Work alongside other department leads to discuss and implement technology changes for the wider organization.
Take charge of all IT department financial aspects from a budget and procurement standpoint.
Directly manage IT personnel, driving continual professional development and performance.
Ideally, you will have...
10+ years of experience within advanced technology operations.
5+ of experience managing multi-disciplined IT teams.
Experience in managing data center operations.
Core expertise in network and systems administration, hardware/software systems, technical management and cloud technology.
Experience with enterprise storage systems.
Experience working in Linux environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an innate ability to lead and motivate teams.
A dynamic delivery style, capable of delivering to tight deadlines.
