Software Engineering Leadership:

The journey of growth and change this business has been on has been radical. And it's not slowing down. A leadership role has emerged to lead and manage the hardware engineering teams within the business.

The role breaks down into four core components:

Technology roadmap: vision and leadership; commercial to technical; build and run

People leadership: growth and management of your new team

Delivery leadership: predictable milestones/achievable goals using Agile/Lean principles or similar 

Engineering leadership: Go to woah, internal teams/stakeholders, partners and suppliers
