Leadership of the strategy and commercial functions as the organisation embarks upon its journey.
Ownership of the digital strategy and innovation function. Build out your team to meet the demands relating to governance, strategy creation and delivery of viable innovation concepts within the strategic framework.
Drive new ways of thinking throughout the business in the celebration of productisation and delivery of innovation concepts into ventures. Teach them to think big. Run and deliver ventures, working to create commercial practices for the filtration, endorsement and business case prioritization.
Emerging from a background in leadership in an enterprise innovation or venture capacity, you will understand productization and how to drive adoption of strategic thinking. With a path of success driving innovation and ventures in an industrial or large organisation successfully you'll enjoy opportunities to own strategy, think big and help businesses to transform their behaviours and revenue models, delivering value to the business and its customers.
The Strategy & Commercial aspects of the role are separate but intertwined with the success of each, reliant on the other. This will take sharp commercial acumen and a disruptive, bold outlook, willing to help a business to grow.
