Operations Lead
The opportunity:
My client is looking for a strategic Operations Lead to be part of a data transformation initiative with a focus on business operations data. You will be looking after a small team with the opportunity to grow and develop. You will be the go to person to ensure business operation data is catering to the needs of stakeholders and customers. You will lead your team to maintain the existing data and ensure data quality, governance is at a high standard. This will be a challenging role and perfect for anyone looking to take ownership!
To be successful in this role you will need:
Advocate for data and understanding of data governance and integrity
Experience in FMCG or Supply Chain process would be an advantage
Strong excel user
Solid experience in stakeholder management
Change management experience would be ideal
