The role

Short-term contract for a people-focused desktop engineer who is available more or less immediately and can come in and hit the ground running helping users with issues from Level 1-3 and finishing the build of new laptops.

Key skills you will bring

• A great personality and passion for customer service face to face
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix issues from level 1-3 in a timely manner
• Strength on hardware build side
• Excellent Windows based knowledge - Office365, Azure etc
• Ability to start almost immediately

This is a short term contract of circa 2 months, but has the possibility of being extended and potential for work in the permanent space.
