A Wellington CBD based Government organisation who work to grow a high-performing New Zealand are seeking an experienced Principal Advisor to join their ICT Service Operations team.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the vendor community to ensure agreed service expectations are upheld. Your time will be split between governance of IT processes and strategizing with vendors, as well as providing day-to-day support that the wider ICT Operations Capability team provide to the organisation.
Key Skills and Experience
- Working within the ITIL 3 framework
- Experience across Incident, Problem and Service Desk management
- Excellent people and negotiation skills
- Articulate communicator who can convey technical information without jargon
