The Opportunity:

They are a growing, listed tech vendor seeking a QA Test Lead to drive the creation and implementation of testing practices. Leveraging your expertise in Quality leadership you will collaborate with a dynamic team to build and enhance the standards of the test team. You will ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Their initiatives are wide-ranging, including product development, integration, system/platform/network enhancement, and cyber and vendor engagement and control. With revenue quintupled in the last 24 months, their technology is rapidly being adopted throughout Australasia, with global aspirations on the horizon.

Mandatory Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Leadership

  • Proven Expertise getting Automation Frameworks implemented.

  • Experience in Implementing QA Practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passionate about technology and its application to deliver value to customers.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Awareness of best practices in QA testing.

  • Experience building Automation Frameworks
