Your role

You will be bringing your change expertise and experience to a range of programmes and projects that will really shape how this organisation engages with the community moving forward. The work that you do will impact Tamariki now and into the foreseeable future.
You will be doing everything from providing oversight and leadership of programme change activities, creating a programme view, stakeholder engagement, coaching and mentoring the wider programme team, leading and supporting a diverse array of key projects on behalf of the Change Portfolio Management Office.

Key skills you'll bring

· Sound and proven experience in all aspects of change management
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence a diverse range of people
· Agility and an ability to adapt to whatever is put in front of you
· Be about people first while having the courage to have tough conversations in a respectful way
· Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
· Experience working across a range of large-scale government organisations and multi-agency collaboration environments
