You will be responsible for leading projects that involve data migrations, process and change management, communication with stakeholders on various levels from technical and non technical backgrounds. You will take ownership of projects from inception, eliciting full briefs, carrying out scoping sessions, helping design the solutions and drive the timeline of work all the way through to release and ongoing support. You will also be guiding and working alongside a team of talent Business Analysts to ensure new clients are on boarded smoothly.
- Experience with onboarding new clients
- Experience with data migration projects
- Excellent business acumen and ability to see the bigger picture
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Experience in banking/financial institutes would be an advantage
