We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a demonstrated history of managing Microsoft Power Apps implementations within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and deploy scalable, robust solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, leveraging Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Power Apps solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.
  • Leverage Power Apps to deliver value-driven solutions and enhance business unit productivity.
  • Manage multiple vendors and maintain robust stakeholder relationships, particularly at the executive level.
  • Align project goals with organizational objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Solution Architect in a government setting.
  • Deep understanding of public sector frameworks, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Experience mentoring junior Solution Architects and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Proficient in a range of technologies, including web services, APIs, data integration, migration, and security frameworks.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.

Strategic Skills:
  • Demonstrates strategic agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and technological advancements.
