Along came these folk taking the world by storm and dominating international financial services, banking markets with their end-to-end collection, control and secure usable system. Doesn't sound too sexy, but they have managed to build an elegant and sophisticated suite.
With the stellar growth they have experienced, the team has grown, funds have been raised and global expansion is continuing into existing and new verticals. People and delivery leadership is needed to provide guidance and mentorship to the team in this next phase of maturity for them. Great technology leadership coupled with technical capability is what you have and they need.
Splitting your time between technology input and delivery and people leadership will be the balance you strike. As the team grows, this balance will shift as you build more relationships with an expanding team and orchestrate more deliverables. A great blend for a person who is forging a path in leadership and enjoys the pace and energy of a fast-growth product development team. You'll have mentorship from the C-level and help with the systems architecture and technology decisions as needed.
Emerging from a background in Web development, PHP (preference for Laravel, but not an absolute), you'll have a desire to lead delivery and people whilst still keeping your hand in the technical. This is not a massive team, numbering 5 at present, but this will grow as will your skills under the tutelage of the experienced founder and executive team. The delivery processes are lean and rapid, so familiarity with this kind of environment is preferable.
