The Role:

In this dual-faceted role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of 6 customer support specialists.
  • Managing operational processes to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Providing hands-on support to customers, handling cases, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Interacting with different stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Implementing strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Fit:

You will thrive in this role if you have:
  • Proven leadership experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A background in networking with basic knowledge of firewalls, switches, and APs.
  • A CCNA certificate or equivalent networking qualification would be ideal
  • Strong skills in team management, including hiring, motivating, coaching, and problem-solving.
