Bullhorn, the software platform Potentia uses to manage candidate and client records, detected a security incident on its platform over the weekend and took its systems offline as a precaution. Bullhorn is working with the cyber security firm CrowdStrike, has told customers it believes the activity is contained, and is restoring access.
At this stage Bullhorn has not advised that any Potentia information has been affected. We have activated our incident response, we are working with Bullhorn to confirm the position for our records, and we will contact anyone directly if we learn their information is affected.
While systems are restored, some of our processes — including responses to applications — may be slower than usual. Thank you for your patience. As always, if you receive an unexpected email, text or call asking for personal, bank or identity details, please check with us before responding. We never ask for those details by text or over the phone.
Contact: operations@potentia.co.nz. We aim to respond within one business day.
