We’re looking for a motivated Service Desk Technician to join a busy and supportive IT team. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in providing responsive, professional, and friendly support across a range of technologies. Every day brings new challenges – from resolving technical issues to escalating more complex problems – making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Answering and responding to incoming service desk requests
- Monitoring and actioning alerts through the ticketing system
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across desktops, networks, and Microsoft products
- Escalating issues where required to senior colleagues
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting IT systems in a business environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to deliver great outcomes
