The Opportunity
This role will support a significant piece of work involving both technology and business change within the public sector. You'll be joining at a crucial time, required to hit the ground running in business analysis activities. Your focus will be on facilitating strong stakeholder engagement, driving process improvement, and ensuring alignment across diverse groups. Proactively building relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and producing quality process documentation and business artefacts at pace will be all part of your day-to-day.

This role requires someone who thrives in facilitation, stakeholder management, and navigating complex organisational structures with diplomacy and influence. You'll need to bring an open mind, strong capability to pivot as required, and a genuine focus on enabling outcomes through people and process.

Your Fit

• Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, ambiguous programmes of work
• Public sector experience essential – you understand the unique governance, compliance, and stakeholder landscape
• Demonstrable background in stakeholder engagement  and relationship management across multiple organisational levels
• Strong process design and improvement expertise
• Proven ability in requirements elicitation, functional & non-functional
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to rapidly build trusted relationships
• Ability to combine analytical depth with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with technical teams, particularly in the software/application domain
• High level of documentation skills with focus on clear, accessible business artefacts
• Proficiency in relevant process mapping tools
