About the role

We’re partnering with an enterprise client to find an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant for a 12 month contract. The position is based in Christchurch and fully on site, so you’ll need to be Christchurch based (or able to relocate).

This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, understands Dynamics 365 CE’s product capability and integrations, and wants to help the organisation get the most from its CRM.

Key focus
• Working with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs
• Translating requirements into Dynamics 365 CE configuration and solutions
• Maximising use of out of the box capability before customisation
• Embedding Dynamics 365 CE into day to day business workflows
• Overseeing integrations between D365 CE and related systems (e.g. ERP, finance, portals)
• Defining functional requirements and working with technical teams on interfaces, data flows and APIs

What you’ll bring
• Solid experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE features, configuration and best practice
• Understanding of how D365 CE fits within a wider application and integration landscape
• Experience working with integrations to upstream/downstream systems (ideally via APIs, middleware or Azure services)
• Confident, clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders and end users
• Must be based in Christchurch and able to work fully on site
