The Opportunity
 
BTune is looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven Product Operations Specialist to join their Delivery team.
 
You'll act as a crucial bridge between product, engineering, and delivery functions—supporting the onboarding, configuration, and operation of BTune's platform in live environments. Your purpose is to ensure the technology is practical to deploy, well-supported, and continuously improved through real-world feedback.
 
What You'll Be Doing 

• Supporting the Delivery team during onboarding and operational phases of building deployments
• Preparing and validating configurations, supporting integration of platform components and data connections
• Assisting with technical assessment and site readiness
• Testing and validating product features and configurations
• Providing second-line technical support and assisting with complex issue resolution
• Capturing insights and translating feedback from delivery activities into structured inputs for product and engineering teams

What You'll Bring 

• Experience in technical support, implementation support, product operations, or a similar role
• Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfort working with software systems, configuration, and technical environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with delivery, product, and engineering teams
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: Exposure to building systems (HVAC), cloud platforms, or IoT deployments
