We're looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to sit between the Service Desk and the wider applications environment.

You'll be the go to person for Microsoft 365, SharePoint and core business applications, taking ownership of complex issues through to resolution while supporting users, stakeholders and external vendors. You'll also act as the primary support point for SharePoint, helping users and super users with site structure, permissions, document management and usability, while driving better adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organisation.Beyond technical support, you'll mentor the Service Desk, improve documentation and knowledge sharing, identify recurring issues through root cause analysis and help build a more proactive, structured application support function.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID
• Hands on SharePoint administration, including sites, permissions, document management and user support
• Experience supporting business critical applications in a live environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A coaching mindset with a passion for mentoring others and improving processes
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business
