Deliverables / Purpose:

We’re looking for two experienced Guidewire Leads to support a cloud-based technology programme. You’ll bring strong Guidewire integration capability, guide delivery decisions, and work closely with business and technical teams to keep outcomes clear, practical, and well managed.
This role suits someone who can operate confidently across integration design, delivery leadership, stakeholder conversations, and hands-on technical guidance when needed.

The skills and experience we need you to bring:

• Guidewire ACE Integration certification is mandatory 
• Acceptable certifications include Core Guidewire ACE: Developer, Associate, Lead or Specialist 
• ACE Cloud Integration certification is preferred 
• Strong Guidewire integration experience across delivery projects 
• Experience leading technical delivery, design conversations, and integration outcomes 
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and senior stakeholders 
• If not yet certified, you’ll need to have completed relevant training and be able to pass the ACE assessment within 1–2 weeks, with written confirmation of that timeline 

Contract details:

• Initial 6 month contract
• Remote work from New Zealand 
• Occasional 2–3 day trips to Sydney for business meetings
