Working within a large government organisation to introduce an enterprise-wide shift in their IT technology. With the end of their current service contract, and having had RFPs signed off by multiple providers, you will be engaging with the business and 3rd party suppliers to plan and communicate the change, as well as ensuring the organisations is ready for the move.
Key Duties:
- Preparing change impact analysis of the move on the business
- Bringing the digital team journey through exceptional communication, training efforts and engagement
- Performing mitigation or minimisation of risks and impacts
