Configuration Analyst - MS Project
The organisation
The organisation is a crown based entity here in Wellington that helps to keep up New Zealand's clean green image and take care of our environment.
Background to role
The organisation has recently had sign-off on a multi-year transformation and one of the early projects is shifting their workflow into MS Project to make things more efficient from a project management standpoint.
The role
Someone with skills around setup and configuration of MS Project is needed to setup project information on MS Project as per their requirements. It is a small piece of work, but could well lead to more down the track as their is many years ahead on the transformation journey.
Key skills you will bring
Proven experience setting up MS Project online and handling all elements of this process
Ability to pass on product knowledge of MS Project to team members
Ideally have exposure to a wide range of set-up and configuration of Microsoft products
Strong and collaborative communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity
A great attitude and willingness to help
