The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the team has trust in its investment data and investment reporting. The individual will be responsible for shaping data governance and quality within the organisation to enable efficient and effective investment decision making and risk management

The role:
- Support the organisation to implement and embed effective governance over their investment data quality, data production processes, and data accessibility and architecture
- Support the team with the production of reports and dashboards that measure and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of data quality and data production processes
- Contribute to the activities identified to ensure the organisation achieves its wider investment data strategic objectives
- Understand and comply with all data policies and procedures, including those relating to risk management and compliance practices
Knowledge and skills:
- Have a passion for data and understand its ability to transform an organisation
- Power BI or similar visualisation tool
- Experience in power automate or Sharepoint is beneficial
- Exhibit key aptitudes in data quality management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Finance or asset management background is a plus
- Positive mindset and ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Experience with managing data governance frameworks, data policies a plus
