Development Leadership:

The journey of growth and change this business has been on has been radical. And it's not slowing down. A leadership role has emerged to lead and manage the cross-functional engineering teams and their output within the business.

The role breaks down into four core components:

Technology roadmap: vision creation and leadership; commercial skills combining to own this at a senior level

People leadership: growth and management of your new team of 30 indirect

Delivery leadership: build a culture of delivery, bake in predictable milestones/achievable goals for a multi-skilled team of engineers and experts in their field 

Commercial leadership: Go to woah, internal teams/stakeholders, partners and suppliers

To be able to fulfill this role you will be driven by the opportunity to own the accountability of product implementations to customers and th development of unique interfaces and integrations to ensure maximum catchment of an audience.  You’ll celebrate the opportunity to win the hearts and minds of your team and grow them, igniting a sense of purpose for the company’s vision. Emerging from a technical business or background in a technology vendor, you will have rolled out successful, scalable delivery within the large-scale software space or similar product domains. 

You’ll be confident building and executing against a roadmap and vision, contributing to strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO you'll marry software, delivery and commercial leadership in the world of global product development.
