Experience Design Lead

Apply modern design thinking process to solve complex business problems

Why you would like it:

  • Leading consulting practice with big name support

  • Innovative & highly engaged team environment with trans tasman projects

  • Flexible hours, own your day

The opportunity:

Not often does an opportunity like this come around, especially in the current climate. With the unique position of a backlog of engaging and interesting projects, this consulting practice is seeking a highly capable and engaging experience design lead to come on board to help shape, architect and deliver amazing solutions for their enterprise customers. With a focus on applying creative thinking and human centric design to envision, design and execute compelling customer experiences and business strategies, this role is very much at the forefront of where technology is heading, linking together the connected and unconnected environments to create a seamless experience.

Company profile:

As a major player in the technology sector across ANZ, this organisation is always looking to help enterprise (and larger SME) businesses move forward in the adoption of tech solutions (where appropriate) in a practical and meaningful sense. With specialties across digital, process, automation & data, this organisation has a proven history of delivery and success. With the mantra of providing a flexible working environment, coupled with the tools around health and wellbeing, this organisation literally practices what it preaches

The fit (of the ideal candidate):

  • You will be versed in the areas of experience design, service design, HCD and UX as well as have an eye for how these interplay with technology, data and process (with a flair for creativity too!)

  • You will have a solid understanding of modern technology principles such as micro services, CI/CD & cloud

  • You will have a proven back catalogue of projects behind you

  • You will be comfortable with sitting in pre sales engagements.

  • You will most likely have come from a business analysis or architecture background and so bringing those skills would be highly beneficial, we are not looking for experience designer researchers here.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • High-energy, proactive, passionate

  • Must be available for travel (post-COVID)

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. If you're looking to join a top class organisation with great progression opportunities, send me through your CV as soon as you can.
