The opportunity:

Strong technical thinking is required to create a secure and scalable platform to carry the rapidly growing data requirements and increasing community of customers. The role breaks down into four core components:

  • Technology strategy design and execution

  • People leadership of personnel

  • Delivery management and systems ownership

  • Commercial control: executive and technology governance

To be able to fulfill this role you will be driven by the opportunity to influence the direction of the people's growth in the business. You'll celebrate the opportunity to unify the hearts and minds of those in the engineering team, igniting a sense of purpose and connecting them to the company's vision. Emerging from a background in a technology vendor, you will have rolled out successful, scalable delivery systems and owned the whole product development sphere. You'll be confident channeling rich data to the exec or board and contributing to strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll marry technology, commercial, people and delivery leadership skills in the fast-paced world of contemporary product development.
