Current opportunity:
The business is expanding and the roadmap is focused on growing new customer accounts, optimizing service partner relationships, whilst pursuing productization of new software and data analytics capability. The successful delivery of this strategy will allow provider new value added services to an increasing number of customers presenting larger and more interesting opportunities.
Role snapshot:
Presently, there is a gap for a new Head of Service Delivery to take control of a large team at Influx. This new role will need to build upon current success whilst also expanding the remit of the role and performing a variety of critical functions to ensure the long-term viability and success of this scaling business. This will manifest in some key areas:
- Scaling up capability and capacity to deliver more field services and new online services
- Development and improvement of operational and delivery systems and processes
- Leadership of customer facing internal team and the suppliers and contractor for service delivery
- Service-level commercial and standards champion
Your fit:

The development of fresh and predictable service delivery is based around the motivation of the people, the design of effective data-generating systems and the commercial experience to frame what is best for the customer. You'll thrive on communicating a vision and have a thirst for customer delivery and service. This role will grow in remit as the business continues its gradient of expansion.
Blending knowledge of fit-for-purpose systems and processes and a strong technical knowledge of technology products and their implementation.
