This medium sized crown entity plays a key role with the education space. As the ICT Services Coordinator you will be playing a critical role within the ICT team. Among other things you will be responsible for tracking internal software licensing, preparing, and tracking purchase requisition's, assisting in developing and communicating process and procedures around hardware and software procurement and life-cycle management, reporting around software licensing and adherence, Asset IT Management and negotiating new software and hardware agreements.

Ideal Person

  • Ideally working as a project, procurement, or similar coordinator role
  • Strong proven skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Can point to their strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Team oriented, used to working in a collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Improvement orientation, always thinking of ways to improve processes and not afraid to voice this
