Background to role

They're an organisation that is constantly busy with implementation of new projects across the spectrum but some of the processes around how change and release happens need an uplift so they can continue to deliver on their ambitions.

Your role

Your role will be a combination of change and release management. You will work across the four core IT teams to help drive current processes and future operations for the organisation. A key part of your role will be to build relationships and help engage stakeholders across the different business units and bring them on the journey. Ultimately you will provide a mature change and release framework that is highly effective and has great buy in.

Key Skills you will bring

  • Strong experience driving out new processes and bringing about change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across the board up to CIO level
  • Broad IT systems and process knowledge
  • A great attitude and hunger to make a difference
  • Self-motivated and not shy about bringing new ideas to the table
  • Certification in either ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 and ideally ITIL Change & Release Management Principles
