Project Coordinator

Currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to jump into this one-year contract and run with it. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate wanting to take that next step in their career to provide high quality support to enable the successful delivery on this project. Our client is going through some major transformations which makes this a significant role. Due to the importance of this role, the successful candidate will be required to work in the Grafton office as it is a very hands-on role and critical for health outcomes.

Working closely with the Senior Project Manager you will provide high quality co-ordination, and administrative support including:
  • Meeting management and minutes
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Assisting in creation of project reporting and project resource management
  • Scheduling to enable the successful delivery of the project
This is a fast-paced environment within the health industry, so a can-do attitude is a must! We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately and hit the ground running. Strong Microsoft skills and at least 3 years’ experience is an essential requirement.
