Your role:
They are now looking for two Business Analysts who will play an essential part of the project delivery teams to help deliver the approved strategy and how their systems and processes will enable the wider organisation. These projects will have a high level of impact on the organisation, so you will need to work alongside the IT teams to support these strategic objectives.
What we will be looking for:
Excellent relationship skills – a strong ability to form and maintain relationships to deliver a positive result.
Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
Proven ability to work along side technical teams, translating processes to help develop solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Have a sound knowledge of the machinery of Government.
