With 25+ years of operation, the business has gone through steady market growth and more recently has embarked on its biggest system transformation to date, to meet the needs of rapidly changing global market shifts. To make this tricky and critical environment as finely tuned and optimised as the global competition, a new application and integration practice has been formed.
The Technical Business Analyst's role is to elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders.
This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need.
The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions.
The Business Analyst will also be proactive about working with the Domain Architects to look for new technologies to optimize business processes.
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT's understanding of business requirements.
Who are you:
Over 5 years of solid experience as an IT Business Analyst within a medium to large complex organisation
Demonstrated abilities in communication, analytical and critical thinking
Extensive experience using modelling techniques, methods and requirements analysis
Experience with Business Case development and Cost/Benefit Analysis
Demonstrated understanding of IoT, reporting systems and industrial communication systems
Good understanding of agile BI project delivery approaches
