Working alongside an internal team, you will be leading the process to facilitate creation of a future state, working through the detailed experience design for the support model.

  The skills and experience we need you to bring:

• Must  have 5+ years experience in CX design with service design capability
  
  
• Experience and knowledge in developing product support service designs
  
  
• A passion for problem solving through design and a proven blueprint for customer success
