About the role...

Due to the continued success of the platform, this organization is looking to further increase their internal development capability by adding an experienced Senior Front End Developer to their ranks. Given the customer-facing nature of the product, the current focus of the business is to enhance functionality by creating highly performant UIs that look and feel great for their ever-increasing user base. The right candidate is a vastly experienced front end specialist with expert JavaScript knowledge who has an innate ability in coding advanced interfaces that are intuitive and fast. 


In the role, you will... 

- Create modern UIs with an emphasis on performance and scalability using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement and maintain new features in accordance with user needs.
- Enhance the user interface to optimize for speed and ease of use.
- Take responsibility for several large-scale web applications.
- Work with Product/Design to develop an optimal front end.
- Take the initiative to identify UI/UX improvements and improve product features.


Ideally, you will have...

- 5+ years experience in Front End development
- Strong CS fundamentals and experience building large-scale sites
- Expert level modern JavaScript  
- Knowledge of PHP/Node.js
- Excellent communication skills
