This organisation is building tools and platforms that help big organizations lend and manage money in a way that was only previously available from big 4 banks. Modern software approaches and zero legacy codebase (?) is seeing the NZ based Fintech firm flourish.
Your role:
As the dev teams and business are scaling, you will help to bolster the Senior leadership within the Development teams and lend the years of your software craft to both intermediates and fellow Senior level Engineers. This is a 100% hands on role with a pathway to either Tech lead or Team Lead functions. If you prefer to stay as Senior Engineer that’s ok too, your salary can still grow at this company.
The skills and experience we need you to bring:
- You will need to have 5+ years experience in software engineering
- Experienced using NodeJS runtime, Typescript and React (ideally a backend focus)
- If you are a C# or Java development we are still keen to hear from you - although we will expect you to have written some code in node.js.
- Demonstrate the practical ability to design, build and communicate automated, enterprise-class solutions
- Strong Azure platform knowledge
- Experience Terraform for deployment
