The organisation
A company that is a leader in appointment booking software with nearly 40,000 users in the hair, beauty and wellness industry around the world. They have an intuitive platform that allows their customers to deliver superb experiences to their clientele.
Purpose of Role
They are currently looking at expanding the team due to a senior resource spending too much time on day to day operations and needing to take on more of a high-level role
Your role
You will be working across five agile teams and taking care of day to day operational matters on the platform. Your role will involve looking after Azure infrastructure, typical ETL work and monitoring of database admin systems such as SSRS and SSIS.
Key requirements
Strong experience as a DBA using modern SQL Server
Ability to be self-managing and form your own ideas around solutions to problems
Experience working with some Azure data services such as Event Hubs
Big data experience would be a bonus
Great attitude and a hunger to deliver
