The fit (of the ideal candidate)
Expert knowledge of at least one modern OOP language (Ruby, C#, Node.js, Java)
Modern JavaScript Knowledge (React/Vue.js/Angular)
Strong understanding of CI/CD and best practice within DevOps
Experience developing scalable cloud solutions in AWS
Experience architecting performant, robust solutions through Microservices
Knowledge of NLP/ML (Desirable)
