About the role:
This is a 6-month contract opportunity, Auckland City Fringe location. Our clients Insights team enables their employees to confidently act with evidence from customer experience insights, market research, performance reports and self-service dashboards, you will be playing a big part in this. While reporting to the Insights Capability Lead, the main purpose of this position will be to:
- Deliver customer insights to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Leverage a large Voice of Customer programme and related performance data to tell customer stories to support the product owners to improve product desirability and experiences
- Lead the ongoing in-house delivery of the Voice of Customer programme
- Identify opportunities to add value continuously by working with the team to improve Insights delivery capability by leveraging tech and tools
- Support the development and automation of customer survey dashboards
- Feed the voice of the customer into all key reports; monthly executive dashboards, quarterly and annual compliance reports
- Build and maintain operational dashboards leveraging customer experience and performance data
Skills & experience:
- Experience conducting primary market research
- Must have experience using Qualtrics
- Experience working with CRMs
- Exposed to VoC programmes (Voice of customer)
- SQL would be great
- Power BI/Tableau (data vis tool)
