  • over 10 years of experience designing, building, refactoring or operating enterprise transaction systems
  • experience developing technology roadmaps
  • championed technology awareness, innovation, and adoption across technology teams
  • industry experience in finance and insurance - beneficial
  • experience with a company that values agile principles and practices
  • outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
  • enjoy working within a motivated and fun team
