Requirement gathering | Business process mapping
The role:
Undertake the methodical analysis, review and documentation of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based.
To identify and define requirements for the use of technology to improve any aspect of the processes, data and systems, quantification of potential business benefits and to implement identified improvements.
To propose, design, and deliver fit for purpose solutions that comprise of applications, data, and processes by utilising N4L's CRM ecosystem and bespoke Web Applications.
Responsibilities:
Transform business and stakeholders' requirements into appropriate functional specifications by planning and conducting business analysis activities.
Develop, manage and communicate requirements artefacts.
Verify and valid requirements to ensure the proposed solution is fit for purpose.
Negotiate priorities and resolve requirement conflicts among various stakeholders.
Assist business owner/project manager in project planning and tracking activities.
Perform other job-related duties and activities as requested.
You are:
Experienced with gathering requirement, end to end process mapping, creating user stories and Jira backlog.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and documentation skills.
Advanced SQL and Data modelling skills will be highly regarded.
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
5+ years of experience in a technology/telecommunications organization is an advantage.
Business Analysis Certification such as CBAP would be an advantage.
